No medical advice
Nothing on this website is medical advice, and we do not provide medical advice by email or through our forms. If someone is seriously ill or injured, call 999 immediately.
Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting an event enquiry does not create a contract and is not confirmation of cover. Cover exists only once JTL Medical has reviewed the event, issued a written quotation, and the arrangements have been agreed in writing by both parties.
Scope of service
JTL Medical’s current intended service is on-site event first aid and initial response. We do not currently provide off-site patient transport, private ambulance services or emergency call-outs to the public. We do not promise fixed response times, and we do not present any staffing ratio as a legal requirement.
Information you provide
You are responsible for making sure the information you give us about your event is accurate and complete, and for telling us promptly if it changes. Provisional assessments and proposals are based on the information supplied and remain a draft until reviewed and signed off by a competent person. Do not submit patient records or patient-identifiable information through this website.

We take care to keep this website accurate, but content is provided for general information. Content, branding and layout are owned by JTL Medical unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content; obligations for an event are set out in the written agreement for that event.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
