Prepared people. Safer events.

Professional first-aid cover for safer events

JTL Medical provides carefully planned event first-aid and on-site response services across Coventry, Warwickshire and the West Midlands. Every enquiry is assessed around the event, audience, activities, venue and identified risks.

Provision is recommended following an event-specific assessment. We do not use a single staffing ratio for every event.

Event first-aid and medical support services

Capabilities are described in general terms. The personnel, equipment and treatment areas proposed for your event always follow an event-specific review.

  • Event First-Aid Cover

Planned first-aid cover for the duration of your event, agreed in advance and matched to the arrangements set out in your event documentation.

  • On-Site First Response

An on-site team able to respond to injuries and illness within its documented competence, and to escalate to NHS emergency services when required.

  • Community and Family Events

Support for fun days, fêtes, gala days and neighbourhood celebrations where families and children make up much of the audience.

  • Markets and Food Festivals

Cover for markets, artisan fairs and food events, taking account of footfall through the day, cooking activity and site layout.

  • Sporting Events

First-aid provision for grassroots fixtures, tournaments and club events, assessed around the sport, participants and spectators.

  • Corporate and Private Events

Discreet, professional provision for company days, open days, celebrations and private functions.

  • First-Aid Points and Treatment Areas

Clearly identified first-aid points and treatment areas, positioned with you so that attendees and stewards know exactly where to go.

  • Event Medical Planning Support
